摘要
针对开关磁阻电动机运行的振动和噪声问题,基于频域分析方法,研究了电压PWM运行方式下,采用两步换相法降低开关磁阻电动机振动和噪声的机理。仿真结果表明,采用两步换相可以减小电流和径向力的波动;在电机出力相同的情况下,可以减小电机的振动和噪声;在平均径向力相同的情况下,可以提高电机的出力;适当地微调控制参数减小某些频率点的电流幅值,可避免与定子固有频率谐振,减小振动和噪声。
The wide application of switched reluctance motor (SRM) is limited by their higher vibration and acoustic noise. Based on analyzed in frequency domain, this paper researches on the mechanism of the two - stage commutation method for reduce vibration and acoustic noise in SRM with voltage - PWM control mode. The simulation results presented in this paper indicate that the two - stage commutation method can advance the performance of SRM drives, such as reducing the vibration and acoustic noise in SRM without decrease in toque, increasing the torque at the same radial force, avoiding resonant with little modulation of control parameters to reduce some frequency component of phase current.
