摘要
针对航空宽调速交流伺服系统存在着高的功率密度、低转动惯量,系统必须采用高速、低惯量的永磁同步电动机特殊特点,依据模糊控制理论在宽调速系统中的应用,提出了此系统适用的模糊控制器设计的基本原则和变量的变区间模糊化方法,解决了在该系统的控制中不仅需要保证全调速范围有好的快速性和低的超调量,还要克服因电机非正弦磁场、齿槽效应与功率电路换流产生扰动等问题。经仿真验证了该设计方法的正确性。
Because the aviation wide -range speed regulation servo system has its own speciality, that is,to get high power density and low moment of inertia, a high - speed PMSM with little load inertia coefficient must be taken. Based on fuzzy control theroy, a rule to design the fuzzy control system specially for this wide - range speed regulation servo system, and a new variable fuzzy method are brought forward.Being verified by simulation, this control method not only assures the good dynamic performance, but also has the ability to restrain the disturbance brought up by the un -sinusoidal magnetic field, alveolar effect and ripple of current.
