建设社会主义新农村,是党的十六届五中全会向全党全国发出的伟大号召,“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”是对新农村建设的要求,这五个方面的二十个字,是新农村建设的纲领,为了解读其义,本中心举行了三次会议。现将初步认识予以发表,以求教大方。
