针刺伤是目前护理工作中最常见的职业性伤害,护士是医务人员中发生针刺伤的高危人群,护士职称的差异对针刺伤发生存在着影响,护士最易发生针刺伤的操作环节为回套针帽。针对护理人员发生针刺伤的现状提出防护措施。

Needle- stick injury is the most common occupational harm in clinical nursing practice at present. Nurses are the high risk groups of needle - stick injury in medical staff. This article reviewed the actuality of needle - stick injury among nursing staff, and the results showed that the professional titles of nurses influenced the rate of needle - stick injury,and the most risk operational step was re - covering the needle - cap. Focused on the actuality, this article proposed some protective measures.
