对我国专科护士和临床护理专家概念的探讨

Exploration of the concept of specialty nurse and clinical nursing specialist in China

目的探讨我国专科护士和临床护理专家的概念。方法采用文献查阅法和专家访淡法。结果国内文献显示,对专科护士的含义认识不一致,且与临床护理专家相混淆。国外文献显示,专科护士和临床护理专家是不同的概念。专家访谈结果显示:专家一致认为二者是不同的概念,并提出了专科护士和临床护理专家概念的基本内涵。结论应统一我国专科护士的含义,且区分专科护士和临床护理专家的概念。

Objective To explore the concepts of specialty nurse （SN） and clinical nursing specialist （CNS） in the context of China. Method Literature review and nursing experts interview were conducted. Results The Chinese literature displayed that there were several viewpoints of SN ,and meanwhile it was confused with CNS. While the foreign literature displayed that SN and CNS were two different concepts. The result of nursing experts interview showed that experts consistently considered SN and CNS were two different concepts,and they had proposed the basic meanings for the concepts of SN and CNS. Conclusion The meaning of specialty nurse should be unified in China,and the concepts of SN and CNS should also be differentiated.
