插管洗胃是口服中毒患者首要的急救措施,插管时患者多出现恐惧心理,常伴有咳嗽、恶心、呕吐、疼痛等不适症状及不良反应;洗胃中常有疲劳、寒冷等不适;洗胃后仍有激动、压抑等情绪。将舒适护理运用于服毒患者插管洗胃过程中,可有效消除插管患者的恐惧心理,减轻不适症状和不良反应,提高插管一次成功率.并使患者在舒适的状态下以稳定的情绪接受进一步救治,提高了患者及其家属的满意度,体现了"以人为本"的服务宗旨,顺应了现代护理学科的发展。

Gastric lavage is one of the most important rescue interventions for patients who take poison. Patients usually show fear accompanied with some uncomfortable symptoms such as coughing, nausea, vomiting and pain during intubatton, some patients feel tired and cold in the treatment of gastric lavage, and still show agitated and depressed after the treatment. The researcher applied comfort nursing care model in the treatment of gastric lavage. The result showed that it could alleviate patients＇ fear effectively,reduce their uncomfortable symptoms and side effects, and improve the success rate of intubatton. Patients could receive further - step treatment with stable emotion and comfort. This practice improved the satisfaction of patients and their families, embodied the human - based spirit of nursing care,and fit for the development of modern nursing profession.
