摘要
建设和谐警营,对构建社会主义和谐社会,促进公安事业,推进队伍正规化建设,具有十分重要的意义。建设和谐警营,须加强民警思想道德素质教育、提高领导干部的管理艺术、改善警民关系,优化外部环境、规范强化内部管理、加强引导,丰富和谐警营的文化内涵,以和谐警营理念开展队伍正规化建设。
The author was talking about the conception and significance of building the harmonious police management, and putting forward to the faced questions in course of building the larmonious police management. At last, the author was pointed out the measures for building the harmonious police management.
