摘要
本文报道了一种研究铁置换铜的方法.确定了体系中可能发生的全反应和副反应及其抑制,从而实现置换法工业镀铜。
The total and subsidiary reactions of the classical Fe-Cu displacement reaction are investigated and defined. The by-product is analyzed and its side-effect in Cu plating is discussed with the way to control the subsidiary reactions. Accordingly , copper Plating on ferrous materials by displacement reaction is realized. Relevant theoretical problems are also discussed.
