摘要
本文认真分析洗衣粉生产过程的系统特性，给出串级控制的总体控制方案，并对控制算法进行了数字仿真。结果表明，本文设计的方案和所选用的算法对于缓慢变化的化工过程具有一定的实用价值。
The system performance of a detergent manufacturing process is carefully analyzed. An overall scheme of cascade control is given and the control algorithm is simulated. The results show that the scheme and the algorithm are applicable to chemical processes with low reaction rate.
