摘要
本文论证了一种新的稳态Ｍａｎｋｏ黑洞视界附近出现Ｄｉｒａｃ真空的正负能级交错，并产生非热辐射。
It is proved that nonthermal radiation can be generated near the horizon of steady state Manko black hole when there exists 'dragging movement' of the space by the gravitational field near the horizon.
