摘要
文章首先分析了网络出版营销的特征和运营中存在的问题,然后介绍了知识管理、客户知识管理运作流程以及知识管理的技术体系等相关概念,最后给出了一种动态的基于知识的网络出版个性化定制模式,并对其核心环节及作用进行了阐述。
The marketing characteristic of web publishing and its operational problems are analyzed in this paper firstly, then knowledge management, customer knowledge management procedure, knowledge management techniques and corresponding conceptions are described. After that, a dynamic individualization mode of web publishing based on knowledge is given to settle the marking problems. Moreover, its key components and effectiveness are illustrated.
