不同再生骨料取代率混凝土的基本性能试验研究 被引量:25

摘要 本文系统研究了坍落度相同而再生骨料取代率不同混凝土的基本性能。试验中再生骨料的掺入量分别为0,25%,50%,75%和100%,通过调节用水量使各组混凝土达到相同的坍落度。试验结果表明,随着再生骨料掺入量的增加,混凝土的回弹值、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和弹性模量均有不同程度的降低。根据试验结果,回归了再生混凝土的基本力学性能计算公式。 The basic performances of concrete with the same slump value and different recycled aggregate displacement ratio are studied systematically. In the tests, the mixed recycled aggregates range respectively from 0, 25%, 50%, 75% to 100%, and the same concrete slump values are get by adjusting water dosage. The result shows the concrete rebounding value, compressing strength, tensile splitting strength, rupture strength and elastic modulus are reduced in different degree by adding recycled aggregates. The basic computational formula for mechanism performance of recycled concrete is rebounded.
