摘要
本文介绍了通过采用自行开发的轻骨料混凝土专用泵送剂、优化混凝土配合比、增大拌合物粘度、常压预湿陶粒等措施,减小陶粒在泵送过程中的吸水和提高轻骨料混凝土的抗分离性,采用高吸水率粘土陶粒,生产预拌泵送轻骨料混凝土的工程实例。在3项实际工程中共泵送施工轻骨料混凝土1244m3,混凝土等级LC15~LC50,水平泵送距离最远100m,最大高度30m(9层),坍落度经1h^2h运输和泵送后损失较小。
Engineering cases of pumping structural lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) with expanded clay are introduced. 1244m^3 LWAC in total with strength grade of LC15 - LC50 was pumped in three construction projects with small slump loss after 1 - 2hours of transportation and pumping, reaching a longest horizontal distance of 100 m and a maximum height of 30m (9 floors). Water absorption of expanded clay during pumping and segregation under vibration were minimized through a specially developed pumping aid for LWAC, optimization of concrete mix proportions, enhancement of mixture viscosity, and pre- saturation of expanded clay.
