浅谈木素磺酸盐高效减水剂在地铁盾构砂浆中的应用

Lignosulfonate high range water reducer applying in the grouting material used in shield tunneling

介绍了盾构用盾构砂浆的性能和存在的不足以及发展趋势,并且从减水剂的作用机理出发,介绍了木素磺酸盐高效减水剂在盾构砂浆中的应用。针对盾构砂浆的特点,提出了对木素磺酸盐高效减水剂的一些改进思路。木素磺酸盐高效减水剂在盾构砂浆中的应用,对于提高木质素的利用价值、保护环境均有重要意义。

The performance, shortage and development trend of the grouting material used in shield tunneling was introduced. The application of lignosulfonate high range water reducer in the grouting material was also presented at the base of superplasticizer mechanism. Some modification ideas of lignosulfonate high range water reducer were proposed from the characters of grouting material. It has great significance for enhancing the value of lignin, protecting the environment that lignosulfonate high range water reducer was applied in the grouting material.
