The implementation of real-time data communication between embedded Web server and FX-PLCs is introduced. The embedded Web server takes Motorola MCF5307 microchip as its core and μClinux as its operation system. The server uses RS-485 port and computer connection protocol to communicate with PLCs. The system structure,communications protocol and programming skills are presented in detail.
