介绍了屏蔽泵用成套S-SiC无压烧结碳化硅轴承的设计及其应用。列出了各类碳化硅陶瓷材料的物理机械性能指标和耐化学性能的参考数据,并着重对产品的优化设计和选材作了说明。
The design and application of the SiC bearing set for the canned pump are introduced. The reference datum of mechanical property and chemicals resistant performance of a variety of silicon carbide are listed. The optimizing design and selection of materials are also illustrated emphatically.
