摘要
由于氢气性质特殊,其密度小,分子量小,所以普通截止阀不能满足它的使用要求,而且氢气属于易燃易爆气体,一旦发生泄漏,会存在很大的隐患。通过多次试验,在截止阀结构设计、工艺、制造及试验等方面采取了一系列改进措施,研制成功一种满足高纯度氢气使用要求的截止阀。
Because the hydrogen has the special kind in quality, its density is small, the molecular weight is small, so the common stop valve can' t satisfy it requests, and, the hydrogen belong to the combustible and explosive gas, once leak happened, will exist hidden trouble. So, we must adopt a series of measure in the side of configuration designing, craft, making and experimenting and so on, under the strict control, to make its leak is a zero.
