Discussion on magnaflux inspection standard for locomotive diesel engine crankshaft

针对机车曲轴存在探伤标准过严、实际无法执行的情况,分类统计了曲轴的使用状况,分析了现行标准存在的问题,提出可操作性的执行方案,并对《内燃机车曲轴磁粉探伤技术条件(试行)》提出了修改意见。

In view of the fact that the current magnaflux inspection standard for locomotive diesel engine crankshaft is too strict to be executed in pratice,the statistical data on crankshaft operation state was given,the problem of the current standard were analyzed.A operational execution scheme and amendments to Magnaflux Inspection Specifications for Locomotive Diesel Engine Crankshaft(on trial) were put forward.
