公共服务型政府建设问题研究分析

中国理论界在公共服务型政府的思想理念和价值取向、公共服务型政府的背景动力和具体操作步骤等方面的研究,取得了不少成果,但还存在着一些薄弱环节和空白点。对公共服务型政府建设的理论研究成果进行系统归纳,分析研究格局和现状,进一步规范这一成果,从而提高指导公共服务型政府建设实践的有效性,十分必要。其理论意义在于尝试提出了公共服务型政府建设问题进一步研究的重点和下一步学术探讨的方向。

Although many research products on the idea and the value orientation of public - service - oriented government can be seen in contemporary China, including its motivation, its process of operation and so on, weak or blank sports still exist. To improve the validity over the construction of public - service - oriented government, it is necessary then to sum up these products into a system, to analyze their research potters and status quo, and to regulate furthermore their potentials. The theoretical significance of doing so lies in the fact that it puts forward the emphases and directions for relative studies as well.
