冰心早期女性观之辨析

An Analysis of Bing Xin's View on female in Her Early Works

从分析冰心早期作品来看,冰心对现代新女性的构想尺度,乃是把她置放在家庭主妇的位置上而非社会角色的意义上来完成的。女性传统角色不变,要变的是角色的知识结构与家庭结构,这是冰心与五四女性观既有一致也有相悖的地方。这使冰心的“问题小说”没有体现出对现代家庭与角色关系的质疑、思考与解构的深度,从而未能达到稍后出现的鲁迅、庐隐等作家作品的思想高度。

An analysis of Bing Xin＇s early works shows that instead of making her female characters play a part in the society, she mainly places them at home as housewives. The roles of female characters remain unchanged through her works, though she does describe a difference in their education and their family structures. This is what Bing Xin both shares with and differs from the popular view on females in the era of “May 4th”. This is also the main reason why her “problem novels” fail to explain the doubts and contemplations over the relationship between modern families and the gener roles in them, which, on the other hand, are success- fully reflected in Lu Xun＇s and Lu Ying＇ works.
