摘要
为了获得价格低、响应快的变量马达,研究了一种应用高速开关问位置控制系统的新型的泵/马达变量机构。该变量机构实际是一个在传统的泵/马达变量机构的基础上加以简单的高速开关问而构成的位置控制系统,通过对该变量机构的仿真分析和实验测试,结果表明该变量机构具有变量准确、响应速度快、能够过零点操作以及结构简单的特点,可适用于各种需要进行精确变量的工业用液压泵/马达上。
Research on a novel pump/motor displacement-varying mechanism which utilizing high-speed on-off solenoid valve position servo system has been conducted.The mechanism which is composed of traditional displacementwarying mechanism and high-speed on-off solenoid valve gives actually a position servo system. According to the imitation analysis and experimental data, it is shown that the displacement-varyingmechanism possess advantages such as simple structure,ability of varying displacement precisely and manipulating null position. It can be applied to many industrialoccasions of precise position control.
