摘要
通过SiCw/2024铝复合材料的正交设计法钻削试验及对比法外圆车削试验,得出了不同刀具材料、不同切削用量对切削温度的影响规律,并证明了K类硬质合金是常用刀具材料中切削温度较低者。
According to the orthogonal method applied to the drilling experiments and the comparative method applied to the cutting experiments,different cutting factors affecting the cutting temperature is established.It is proved that the K type carbide tools give the lowest cutting temperature among usual tool materials.
