In order to make the product quantity of the our country adapted to the request of the market economy as soon as possible, it seems to be very necessary and urgent to ouild up the responsibility system of administrative execution law of product quality. The article points out that expliciting the responsibility system of administrative execution law is the guarantee of perfecting administrative execution law of product quality and the means of building up the system of administrative execution law of product quality. It is also the means of pushing on administrative execution law of product quality.
