摘要 在强化教育理论学习的工具价值的同时,教育理论在教师发展中的生命意义被长期地遮蔽了,以致它们在生命层面上发生了断裂。从生命视角来分析,教师发展具有丰富的生命内涵,教育理论应体现强烈的生命关怀。教育理论促进教师生命发展的内在机制就在于教师通过教育理念养成自我教育意识、自我发展能力,从而剖析日常教学行为之后的教育信念和前提性假设、提升自己的人生境界和解放自己的生命发展空间。 When the instrumental value of learning educational theories is emphasized, its meaning of life is hidden in teacher development, so as to break educational theories and teacher development in the aspect of life. Analyzed from the perspective of teacher's life, teacher development implies much meaning of life and educational theories should care for life in many ways. In the way that educational theories facilitate teacher development in life, a teacher should be self-edueated and self-developed through educational ideas. Accordingly, he can examine his educational beliefs and presuppositions, he can also upgrade his aim in life and widen his space of life.
