摘要
教师专业发展中的“技术兴趣”有利于知识的传授和教育的普及,但它同时也形成了对人的精神的严重压抑,使教师成为“操作工人”,使学生成为“加工原料”,是对人的本质力量的异化。而“解放兴趣”能够最大限度地使人获得自由和解放,使师生都回归其主体地位,从而使教师的生命力量得以激发,主动创造的专业本质得以体现。从“技术兴趣”提升到“解放兴趣”,是教师专业发展的必然走向。
"Technical Interest" in teacher professional development contributes to the knowledge teaching and the educational popularity. However, it also forms a serious inhibition to human's spirit. Teachers have become "operating workers" while students have become "materials processors". This is a kind of dissimilation of natural power of human beings. However, "Emancipatory Interest" will give human beings freedom and liberation to a great extent. It will restore teachers and students to their principal roles. Thus the teachers' vitality will be stimulated and the professional essence of active creation will be reflected. It is an inevitable trend that the teacher professional development will be promoted to "Emancipatory Interest" from "Technical Interest".
