摘要
本文以教师专业化发展为基点,阐述了教师的教育行为自主的含义,并进一步分析了教师教育行为自主的条件。教师作为专业工作者,应当拥有教育行为自主权。教师专业自主权的个体实现,需要整个社会为其营造较为宽松的教育环境,教师也应树立教育行为自主意识,增强教育行为自主能力,在积极参与教育教学改革的实践中逐步形成自主习惯。
Based on teacher's professional development, this article expounds the concept of teaching autonomy and analyzes its conditions to put into practice. As operators of teaching, teachers should possess the equal rights of teaching autonomy. Therefore, the society should develop loose surroundings for teachers. Teachers should build up the consciousness of teaching autonomy, improve the ability of the teaching autonomy, and form the habit of teaching autonomy in their teaching practice.
