摘要
运动作为一种干预手段,不仅可以增强人的体质,还可以起到防病治病的作用。急性运动往往会增强老人的免疫功能,慢性运动对老年人的免疫系统有良好的调节作用。
As an intervention approach, sports exercises can buildup the body as well as heal and prevent diseases, Acute exercises sometimes enhance the immunity of the aged, and the low-intensity exercises can be the favorable approach in adjusting immunity of the aged.
