摘要
探讨了影响大学生身心健康的主要因素,分析了体育健康教育的重要意义,并就当前体育健康教育存在的问题提出几点建议。认为高校体育健康教育应以学生发展为中心,实现终身体育目标,不能忽视知识、技能的传授。
The main factors influencing the students＇ physical and psychological health in universities were discussed, and its significance was analyzed and summarized. Some suggestions were given as to the present problems in physical and health education, and in the hope of participating in the transformation of the concepts,contents and styles of sports and health education in universities.
