Overview of the Last Ten Years' Study on the Relation Between Our Government and University

政府与高校之间关系问题,是我国教育管理理论界1994-2003年探讨的核心问题。十年来,有关这一问题的研究成果可概括为政府与高校关系的历史变迁过程、政府角色定位、高校办学自主权以及教育中介组织四个方面。回顾我国已有学者十年来研究成果的启示在于:把握政府与高校之间关系的本质;探讨政府与高校之间关系的具体化问题;进一步探究教育中介组织在解决政府与高校之间关系问题上的作用。

The relation between the government and university is the key question that the high education theory circle of our country probed into in 1994 - 2003. Over the past ten years, the research results about this question can be summarized as four respects： the historical changes course of the government and university relation; the government role orients ; the autonomy of the university; and educational intermediary. The enlightenment which I got after probing into our country＇s scholar＇s research results in the last ten years lies in： insight the essential nature of the relation between the government and university; probing into the detail question of the relation between the government and university; exploring the function of the intermediary in resolving the problem of the relation between the government and the university.
