摘要
本文对求解圆锥滑动轴承润滑问题的有限元方法进行了讨论,针对以极坐标形式出现的雷诺方程,给出了相应的极坐标形式的有限元计算公式,其目的是为了减少计算过程中的反复的坐标变换,以提高运算速度及计算精度,同时将这种方法用于求解圆锥动静压螺旋槽轴承的润滑问题.对其进行了实际验证,并取得令人满意的结果.
In this paper,the finite element method used to solve the lubricating problem of a journal conical bearing is discussed.In accordance with the two-dimensional Reynolds equation in the polar coordinate system,a group of finite element's formulas in the polar coordinate system is given.The aim is to reduce the alternation between the different coordinate systems and to increase the accuracy and the speed.This method has been used to analyze for a belieal-grooved hybrid conical bearing,satisfied results have been obtained.
