得力生注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

A clinical study on Delisheng combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

目的观察得力生注射液与化疗联合应用治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法将62例晚期非小细胞肺癌病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用得力生注射液+NP方案治疗,对照组用NP方案治疗。结果治疗组有效率为50%,对照组有效率为4 3.7 5%,两组对比差异无显著意义(P>0.05);治疗组生活质量增加者占53.13%,对照组增加者占37.5%,治疗组较对照组生活质量有明显的提高(P<0.05)。消化道反应治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度占50%(16/32),对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度占80%(24/30),差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论得力生注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌有效,对改善临床症状、减轻化疗副反应和提高生活质量方面均有较好作用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of combined chemotherapy with Delisheng in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into control group include 30 patients and therapy group including 32 patients.Patients of therapy group was treated by Delisheng and NP;control group only by NP.Results In therapy group effective rate was 50%;In control group effective rate was 43.75%,significant difference was not observed between the two groups(P>0.05).For side effect and life qulity,significant difference were observed between the two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Delisheng and NP is feasible and well-toleraned,should be taken as an energetic scheme in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).
