The Discussion of the Understanding of Nature in Natural Law

自然法有悠久的传统,对自然法的理解应当从同样悠久的自然观念出发,因为不同的自然观念会导致不同的自然法。以自然法发展时间段为基点,从自然的观念着手,分析不同阶段自然法的含义。经过对不同阶段自然法中自然观念的探讨,指出不能赋予自然法以单一的含义,或是根据历史发展阶段赋予其含义,应当从不同的自然观念入手理解自然法。

With a long history, natural law should be understood from the understanding of nature which also has a long history, because different understandings of nature lead to different natural laws. The article analyzes the meaning of natural law in different stages based on the developing periods of natural law. By discussing the understandings of nature in natural law, the article points out that natural law should not be defined only according to developing stages of history but according to different understandings of nature.
