摘要
根据CAD/CAM一体化的发展方向,提出了一种新的适用于微型计算机的交互式直接数据结构的数控自动编程系统,可对由直线、圆弧和非圆曲线组成的零件进行平面轮廓及212维数控铣削加工自动编程,全部加工信息通过键盘以人机对话方式输入。由于采用了直接数据结构,从而大大简化了数控加工信息的人工输入。
According to the recent trend of intergration of CAD and CAM, a new interactive automatic programming system based on direct data structure HAPS is presented, which runs on microcomputer and can be used as an automatic programming tool for plane outline and 2-1/2 dimentional NC contour milling of parts consisting of lines and circles or free cirves. Because of the adoption of direct data structure and its interactive function, the system is much simpler in the input of NC machining information than the traditional methods in which long part programs must be compiled and input to the computer manually.
