车削凸轮时的靠模设计

摘要 在机械加工工艺中,采用靠模法车削凸轮,无论是粗加工抑或精加工已是常见的加工方法,其加工精度和生产率都能令人满意。靠模的作用在于:使刀尖的运动轨迹与所欲加工的凸轮轮廓相一致;保证在加工过程中,刀具始终具有良好的切削条件。这两种保证是设计靠模时的基本要求。 In the machining process, the profile modeling method for lathe cutting cams is adopted, which resultes in satisfactory effects both in machining accuracy and in production rate, whether it is used in a rough machining or in a finish machining. This profile modeling functions as follows: The cutters point is made to move along the locus in compliance with the outline curve of the cam to be machined; the cutter is constantly ensured to have good cutting conditions in cutting process. These two basic requirements will guarantee the design of the profile modeling.
