中频感应连熔炉温度场分布的研究

摘要 通过对中频感应连熔炉温度场的分析研究,论述了中频感应连熔炉是钨坩埚在感应器中央受强大交变磁场作用,产生感应电动势,进而产生涡电流发热,熔化坩埚中的原料的工作原理,从而解决了炉体结构、感应器结构、坩埚结构、保温结构设计及生产过程控制等问题。 Through study and analysis of the temperature field distribution in IF induction furnaces in succession, the paper deals with the working principle of the IF induction funnaces in succession the tungsten crucible is acted on by a strong alternating magnetic field in the centre of the inducer to produce induced electromotive force, and then to produce an eddy current generating heat energy that melts the materials in the crucible. Based on this working principle, problems are solved of designing the structures of the furnace body, inducer, crucible, and the thermal insulation and the production procedure control as well.
