警察院校毕业生长期不能对口就业;招录警察的“报考公告”本身存在缺陷。原因是警察院校盲目扩招;相关职能部门相互协调、配合不够;现行考录制度的配套政策尚不健全。改进对策有:职能部门应当相互协调配合;严格行政管理,完善各种监督机制;特殊公务员招考应有特殊政策。

For a Long time, graduates from police schools can not find a job suited to their trainings. The entrance announcement of enrolling policeman itself exists deficiencies. The reasons are： police schools enlarge the enrollment of students blindly; relative functional departments coordinate inefficiently ; the necessary policies of current enrollment system are not perfect.
