在刑事案件中,入室盗窃案件的比重越来越大,盗窃案件的作案手法特点趋向于技能型和智能型,案件高发的原因也呈现出复杂的趋势,为了尽快遏制和减少此类犯罪对城乡居民的侵害,研究和打击入室盗窃犯罪活动成了刑侦工作的重中之重。文章针对侦查破案工作的实际,阐述了此类案件的特点及侦查对策。

The proportion of housebreaking cases in criminal cases is increasing. Their methods of eomitting crimes tend to be more skilled and intellectual. Cases are so frequently happened and the reasons which lead to it are complex. In order to control and reduce the harm of this kind of crimes to the people, studying and attacking housebreaking should be taken seriously. Therefore, combining with some practical experiences, the author proposes some new poinions and countermeasures on the cases.
