摘要
用扫描电镜对油润滑条件下的等离子喷涂 Al_2O_3(13%TiO_2)陶瓷涂层/45钢摩擦副的摩擦磨损特性及机理进行了分析研究。结果表明,陶瓷涂层的磨损机理是陶瓷颗粒的塑性变形,45钢的磨损机理是塑性变形和晶粒的疲劳脱落,两者均未出现粘着磨损。摩擦过程中,陶瓷涂层表面产生表面膜,使摩擦副的摩擦和磨损减小。
Both study and analysis are made of the ceramic coating of plasma jet-coated Al_2O_3(13% TiO_2)on the friction and attrition characterized by the 45~# steel subfriction under the oil lubri- cational condition through electron microscope-scanning.The results show that the attrition mechanism on the ceramic coating is due to the plastic deformation occurred among ceramic particles,with the attrition mechanism on 45~# steel being attributed to the plastic deforma- tion,crystal failure and the crystals exfoliation as well.No sticky frictional damage happened to both cases.During the procedure of friction,the surface on the ceramic coating is leaving out a kind of surface film which can,to a certain extent,lessen both friction and abrasion to the subfriction.
