摘要
高速旋转的滚动轴承,其工作游隙的大小将直接影响其工作性能和使用寿命,但工作游隙受到离心力、配合的性质及工作温度变化等多种因素的影响,其中温度影响尤为复杂.有关这方面的研究大多是集中在单个因素的影响上,没有从总体上作系统的研究,也没有考虑多种因素的关联性.该文就温度、配合和离心力对工作游隙影响的关联性进行探讨.
Radial internal clearance of high-speed rolling bearing in operation directly influences the performance and service life. It is affected by centrifugal force, temperature is particularly important. Although the total effect is mostly concentrated on individual factors without treating the fitting status and temperature, among which the sum of all factors, the current studies are system as a whole and taking into account relations between different effects. The mutual relations between centrifugal force, fitting, and operating temperature that influences the radial internal clearance of high-speed roiling bearing is discussed in this paper. This is of important significance for increasing the operation life and improving accuracy of operation.
