摘要
目的:观察透明质酸制剂在对面部皮肤老化情况进行注射填充治疗的效果。方法:对这128名患者面部不同部位行皮下注射填充,即:把透明质酸制剂注射到相应部位的皮下组织浅层或真皮层的深层。结果:术后随访3天～2年,绝大多数的患者获得了满意的效果,只有9例效果不明显。结论:在对面部皮肤抗老化注射填充方面,透明质酸制剂无疑是一种安全、有效地组织代用品。但是,在对面部凹陷填充和局部塑型方面,远期效果还有待观察。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Hyaluronic Acid injection applied in the treatment of facial skin aging. Methods During 128 patients cases,hayluronic acid injected into superficial layer of subcutaneous tissue or deep layer of derma of different parts on face. Results Satisfactory effects are received for most patients in a follow-up survey 3 days after the operation to 2 years, except that there are nine cases where effects are not evident. Conclusion In the field of facial skin anti-aging injection treatment,Hyaluronic Acid Agent is undoubtedly a safe, efficacious tissue substitute.
