Observing the effect of a new management of skin-erasion operation for the face with superficial scar

目的:探讨高速钢轮去表皮后铁皮刷打磨结合切除缝合等综合措施治疗面部浅表瘢痕的疗效。方法:针对近两年来,我科运用高速钢轮去表皮后铁皮刷打磨结合切除缝合等方法综合治疗的57例面部浅表瘢痕患者,进行回顾性分析总结。结果:经一次治疗后患者面部浅表瘢痕明显改善,并发症较少,患者较满意。结论:高速钢轮结合铁皮刷打磨方法治疗面部浅表瘢痕,方法简便,效果满意,并发症少,值得进一步推广。

Objective Try to find the effect of a new treatment of skin-erasion operation for treating face superficial scar. Methods The new treatment of skin-erasion operation were performed for patients with face superficial scar in last three years, A retrospective analysis were carried on it. d the effect of treatment in post-operation and the fallen rate of color of face in later stage. Results treatment in post-operation and the complication of it were more satisfactory.
