Melanogenic effects of ethanol extracts obtained from Xiaobai Mixture on the skin of guinea pigs

目的:探讨消白合剂治疗白癜风的作用机制。方法:取消白合剂醇提液作用于豚鼠背部皮肤,观察对黑素生成的影响。结果:消白合剂醇提液对豚鼠表皮黑素形成具有促进作用。结论:促进黑素形成是消白合剂治疗白癜风的作用机制之一。

Objiective To investigate the mechanisms of Xiaobai Mixture in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Paintting the ethanol extracts obtained from Xiaobai Mixture on the skin of guinea pigs and observing the changes of melanocytes from the skin. Results the ethanol extracts obtained from Xiaobai Mixture can stimulate melanogenesis in the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion Stimulating melanogenesis is one of the mechanisms of Xiaobai Mixture in the treatment of vitiligo.
