摘要
通过采用丁腈橡胶和特种橡胶并用,硫磺和过氧化物硫化,白炭黑和功能材料HPS填充补强,非离子和阴离子并用抗静电体系,并加以适当的活性剂、防老剂、偶联剂、分散剂和着色剂以及内润滑剂等材料,设计研制并条胶辊胶料。试验结果表明,该胶料物理机械性能符合要求,试制的并条胶辊性能优异,试纺效果良好,可满足高速并条机的使用要求。
Description is done to the preparation of the adhesive material for the doubling cots through the following processes,say,blending of butyronitrile rubber and the special rubber,sulphurizing with the sulphur and peroxid, reinforcement of carbon white and the functional material HPS, anti-static system of non-ion and anion,addition of certain amount of activator, age-resistance, coupling agent, dispersant, colorant, as well as the inner-lubricant. The experiment shows that the adhesive material is of quality in physical property. The doubling cots with the adhesive material is of good performance with good spinning result for the hi-speed doubling machine.
