摘要
阐述和分析了产生成纱细节的原因,并从纺纱原料的性能、设备的精度、合理前纺与后纺的工艺布局、采用优质的纺纱器材,强化日常性的科学管理和提高操作水平等方面提出了减少成纱细节疵点,提高纱、布整体质量水平的技术措施。
Expatiation and analysis are done to the cause of the spinning snicks. Some measures are given as to reduction of the snicks and the comprehensive upgrading the yarn and the fabric quality from the view of the performance of the material, precision of the equipments, reasonal pre-and after-processes and the quality accessories, reinforcement of the routine management and operation.
