我国药品费用控制政策的实施状况评析

Analysis of Chinese Policies about Drug Expenditure Control.

为总结国内降低药品费用政策的实施经验,以期为进一步完善药品费用控制政策提供基础和条件。文章对国内有关药品费用控制政策的实施状况进行了分析、评述。经过分析认为,这些政策虽然取得了一定的效果,但由于多种原因,在药费控制方面仍难以发挥很大的作用,药费过高的问题仍没有得到很好的解决。因此,我国的药费控制机制还迫切需要完善和创新。

In order to summarize the experiences of pelieies about drug expenditure control being implemented in China and help to perfect them , the situation of Chinese policies abeut drug expenditure eontrol being implemented has been analyzed and commented. Although these policies have gained some effect, due to many reasons, the effect is not great. The problem that drug expenditure is too high has not been solved completely. Therefore, the mechadism of drag expenditure, control in China should urgently be perfected and innovated.
