国际环境管理研究综述

Overseas iResearch Trends on International Environmental Governance

国际社会为治理全球环境付出了许多努力,也进行了大量合作,但全球环境恶化的趋势仍然没有得到缓解。因而,国际环境管理问题成为国际学术界关注的前沿和热点问题。近年来,国外学术界对此进行了热烈的研究与探讨,揭示了国际环境管理领域存在的问题、缺陷及其成因,发表了大量研究成果和对策建议。许多学者提议建立一个新的国际环境管理机构(世界环境组织)来解决所出现的问题,也有一些学者提出了不同见解。基于对这些研究的简要综述,指出我国学术界加强国际环境管理研究的必要性。

This paper aims at an introduction of overseas research in International Environmental Governance （IEG）. A great deal of investigation has turned and disclosed various drawbacks in IEG and their respective causes of formation. Many scholars suggest a new institution, World Environmental Organization, be founded to solve the problems, which receives opposite opinions. The paper calls, for Chinese academic efforts to strengthen the study of IEG.
