摘要 刀具管理系统是实现FMS中刀具动态调度管理的有效手段。该文详细分析FMS刀具管理系统的主要功能;论述刀具管理系统的硬件组成,提出具有开放性的、以刀具管理支持系统为核心的体系结构及其软件平台结构;对刀具管理支持系统及系统运行控制、刀具离线管理、刀具在线管理、系统状态监控、系统信息管理、用户功能扩充等应用模块进行具体分解。最后简述刀具管理系统的实际应用。 he tool management system (TMS) is an effective method of dynamic scheduling and management of tools in FMS. In this article, the main functions of the TMS in FMS are analyzed, the hardware of TMS is proposed, the opening architecture and its software platform structure,based on tool management support system (TMSS),are presented, and it is discussed in detail for TMSS,system operation control,tool off-line management,tool in-line management,system state monitor and system information management. Finally, the application of the TMS is described.
