摘要
在实验室内研究了鞍钢全精矿条件的小球团烧结。与普通烧结比较,标准转鼓指数(+6.3mm)可以提高5.6%,FeO含量降低4%,产量增加42%,焦粉用量减少20%。还就料层高度和负压,焦粉用量、粒度和添加形式,球径大小,碱度等因素对球团烧结的影响进行了研究。
Experiment of MPS process under the condition of 100% concentrate in Anshan I & S Co. was conducted.As compared with ordinary sinter,the ISO tumbler index of MPS elevated by 5.6%, FeO content decre6.ased by 4%,productivity increased by 42%,coke consumption decreased by 20%. The influence of bed depth,sintering suction , coke breeze addition rate,its partical size and addition mode,diameter and basicity of minipellets on MPS process was also researched.
