摘要
在实验室内研究了鞍钢全精矿条件的小球团烧结。与普通烧结比较，标准转鼓指数（＋６．３ｍｍ）可以提高５．６％，ＦｅＯ含量降低４％，产量增加４２％，焦粉用量减少２０％。还就料层高度和负压，焦粉用量、粒度和添加形式，球径大小，碱度等因素对球团烧结的影响进行了研究。
Experiment of MPS process under the condition of 100% concentrate in Anshan I & S Co. was conducted.As compared with ordinary sinter,the ISO tumbler index of MPS elevated by 5.6%, FeO content decre6.ased by 4%,productivity increased by 42%,coke consumption decreased by 20%. The influence of bed depth,sintering suction , coke breeze addition rate,its partical size and addition mode,diameter and basicity of minipellets on MPS process was also researched.
