摘要 在微小齿轮的冲裁试验中,对制件冲裁断面质量和变形区应力应变状态进行了分析,指出提高变形区静水压力是解决落料件齿尖塌陷和齿根毛刺的有效措施。针对落料件尺寸小的特点,采用沿齿形正、反强力压料的方法,提高了制件断面质量,并为开发设计微小型模具提供依据。 The quality of cross section of blanking piece and state of stress strain in deformed area in the blanking experiment for a micro-gear was analyzed. It was found that the increase of hydrostatic pressure in deformed area is an effective way to prevent the blanking piece from the caving in of gear crest point and the burr occurring at the dedendum. Considering the characteristic of the blanking piece in mini-size, an approach with reinforced positive and negative blank holding pressure on the piece along the gear form was adopted in the desiga of the die. The quality of the cross section of the blanking piece was improved accordingly. Some development and design of mini-size die may rest upon it as well.
