有机粘结剂强化钒钛磁铁精矿制粒的研究

摘要 本文介绍了攀钢钒钛磁铁精矿添加有机粘结剂进行烧结制粒的研究。试验结果表明,有机粘结剂有利于强化制粒,有效地提高烧结矿产质量。在实验室条件下,烧结利用系数提高7%左右,烧结矿的冶金性能也有所改善。 The laboratory granulating test of Vanadium-Titanium magnitite concentrate used in Panzhihua I & S Co.with addition of organic binder was presented in this paper. The result show that organitic binder is helpful to granulation process enhancement and sinter output and quality were effectively increased. Under the laboratory condition , sinter productivityincreased approxirnately by 7%,the metallurgical proporties of sinter was irnproved too.
